The Saskatoon Friendship Inn relies on generous support from our community.
Donations are gratefully accepted at the Inn between 7:30 am and 2:30 pm, every day. To donate, please ring the doorbell found beside the overhead door in the alley adjacent to our parking lot and we will be happy to meet you.
- Turkeys (as we prepare for our Thanksgiving meal on Monday, October 13th)
- Celery, potatoes, carrots and garden veggies
- Peanut butter, jam
- Oatmeal
- Coffee, tea and juice
- Mustard, mayonnaise
- Dried seasonings: Garlic Plus, pepper, cinnamon, parsley, lemon pepper, dill, thyme, sage
- Compassion Project items: personal size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, razors, feminine hygiene supplies, socks
Gift in kind food and hygiene donations are eligible to receive a charitable tax receipt for the full amount shown on your cash register receipt (within the calendar year). While we are able to accept your fresh, home-grown fruits and vegetables like potatoes, carrots, beans, zucchini and beans, CRA does not permit charitable receipting of these items.
