The Friendship Inn first opened its doors on March of 1969. We have seen many changes to our building, programs and staff. One thing that has never changed is our commitment to a regular meal service. We had a short video created to tell you the story of the Friendship Inn.

Yesterday was a rough day at the Inn, the staff team received some bad news and still had to continue to work through a very busy day. Thank you so much Shaw team and all the volunteers for being family to us when those who help needed support!
As I approach the beginning of my maternity leave, I’ve been reflecting back on the past year and a half of working with volunteers at the Friendship Inn. I have been so grateful for the opportunity to work with such a great community of supporters, staff and guests at the Friendship Inn.
